Local Ordering
If you live in the Montreal area and would like to pick up an
order at our home or at a craft show, please contact
us
by email to place your order, rather than placing your order
online.
International
Shipping
We ship our products to Canada & the continental US for
the amounts specified on our product pages. If you live outside
of these areas, please contact
us
for a quote with regard to international shipping & handling.
Currency
All of our prices are listed in Candian Funds (CAD). Note:
CAD amounts are less, when converted to US funds. CLICK
HERE to view currency conversion for US funds (USD) as well
as any other currencies.
Payment
by Cheque
We can only accept personal cheques drawn on a Canadian chequing
account. If you wish to pay for a purchase with a cheque, please
contact

by email to place your order, rather than placing your order
online. Please note: Your order will not ship until your cheque
has been received and has cleared our bank.
Payment by Electronic Bank Transfer
If you do your banking on line, you may e mail money to
elizabeth.craig@videotron.ca. This service is available through
most of the major Canadian financial institutions. Please contact
your bank (or check their website) if you are unclear as to
how to do this. If you wish to pay for a purchase by
electronic bank transfer, please contact

Placing an Order Online / Payment by Pay Pal
1. Add the item you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
2. Repeat this process as often as you would like. Each item you
choose will be stored in your shopping cart. You may delete items
from your shopping cart, and/or change quantities as you wish.
3. When you are finished shopping, verify quantities etc. and
proceed to the "Secure Checkout". You will be redirected
to Pay Pal; a secure online payment system. You may pay securely
via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discovery Card) or
you may also choose to pay directly from your checking or savings
account through Pay Pal. For more information on the Pay Pal process

4. Upon checkout, there is a section whereby you may add a "message
to the seller". Please enter any personalization information
required (names, hair colour, etc.) in this section. Once your
order is received, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If we have any questions or if we require additional information
to process your order, we will ask you. If any item is out of
stock or back ordered, we will tell you.
Every Order
We will get busy working on your order. Please remember that we
hand-paint everything that is pictured on our web site. Generally
speaking, we will ship your order within 7-10 days. That being
said, some custom orders, large quantity orders and orders requiring
extensive personalization may take longer.
Before personalized items are shipped, we will email you a photo(s)
of the item. Upon your approval, we will ship your order via Canada
Post. Your order will be in transit approximately 6-13 days.
